JUST Conversations is an agile program geared for professional workplaces and/or social clubs to discuss timely and timeless topics that affect us as individuals and as a community.  JUST is an acronym for “Justice,” “Unconsciousness,” “Safety,” and “Truths & Tropes.”

WHY DIALOGUE MATTERS

Polarization is everywhere—at work, online, and in our communities. Too often, differences of opinion become barriers rather than opportunities for connection. JUST Conversations was created to turn those divides into dialogue.

Through structured conversation and guided reflection, participants learn to:

  • Daily Prompts – Reflect for about 10 minutes each day.

  • Group Discussions – Share perspectives in facilitated or self-guided settings.

There’s no “right” way to participate—only the willingness to listen, reflect, and engage.
